10 Steps To Wholeness
God spoke to CrossPoint to WIN SOULS and help MAKE THEM WHOLE! This retreat is one way that you can discover areas of your heart that have not yet been healed and allow the anointing of God to heal your broken heart and break every chain that binds you. (Isaiah 61) We not only focus on breaking the chains from your past but also we focus on discovering your gifts and even writing a mission statement for your future. Alison and Chuck take the opportunity to share their testimony with you. They have a miracle story of how God changed their hearts and healed their marriage. This retreat can move you from a place of feeling stuck to restoring hope and equipping you to go forward.
The carefully crafted schedule will offer participants the opportunity to experience prophetic worship, intensive Biblical training, private counseling, inner healing and supernatural freedom with time set aside to pause and carefully reflect on your relationship with God. Ten steps to wholeness will be taught through several teaching sessions, and the Holy Spirit will do what only He can do to comfort you, reveal truth to you and heal your heart.
The mission of the Selah Retreat is to be a place for all people to receive freedom, healing, wholeness, and rest for their weary souls. Every person who attends experiences the love of God in a personal way. You will never be the same again!
The cost of the Retreat is $750 per person. Please do not let the cost keep you from coming. God's WILL is God's BILL. In order to reserve your bed, you will need to make a deposit of $375 online. We have seen people who were not able to afford it, begin to activate their faith to pray, pray, pray. God begins to supernaturally provide in amazing ways for people to attend this retreat. You can also share your desire to attend with your family and close friends and ask if they would help sponsor you by giving a tax deductible donation towards your retreat. You can also do things to raise the money for you to attend this retreat. Regardless, do not let "lack of funds" be the reason that you do not sign up!! Exercise your faith and watch God provide! The balance of $375 will be due upon your arrival to the retreat.
The location. God has promised us a big, beautiful retreat center that we fully expect to secure in 2024. We call it the ‘Selah Retreat Center.’ The Center is available for people to get away and enjoy the beauty of God's creation. In the meantime, we host the retreats in beautiful homes that have ample room for you to spend time alone with God. Often these homes have a breathtaking view of the mountains. While at the center, time will be allotted in each event to PAUSE from the demands of everyday responsibilities AND REFLECT on what God is saying during this particular season of life. Please help us get the word out. These retreats are truly life-changing as you soak in God’s presence and encounter His love!
Selah - [say'-lah]
a Hebrew word frequently found in the Book of Psalms, and also in HabAKKUK 3:9, 13. it is used about seventy-four times in all in Scripture thought to be a liturgical or musical direction, probably a direction by the leader to raise the voice or an indication of a pause. Uttered in a unison or exclamation after a thought or prayer as an "amen" establishing a moment to pause and reflect.
Healing
You are a spirit, you have a soul and you live in a body. All three parts of a human being need healing in some form or fashion. Healing is provided for us through the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the cross. There are several ways a person can receive this healing, but we believe that if they first receive spiritual and emotional healing, then physical healing will follow! Through prophetic and powerful worship during the retreat, many people have received a touch from God and claim to be physically healed. Through anointed teaching on 10 Steps to Wholeness, God illuminates His truth and people are set free from bondages that result in physical healing. We have seen people healed emotionally as they participate in an inner healing exercise during the private counseling session. We have also seen God heal several people who have suffered for years with chronic pain when they attend the Selah Retreat.
Freedom
It is the desire of Crosspoint Ministries to see people living daily in the freedom that Jesus provided for us on the cross. At the Selah Retreat, you will find yourself saturated in the presence of God and free from distractions. You will sense God drawing you closer to Himself and giving you the desire to totally surrender your heart and life to Him. In His presence, there is fullness of JOY and PEACE! As you are bathed in His word, the truth is illuminated and you not only know it, you experience it. At the Selah Retreat, you will go from a place of intellectual knowledge to a place of experiential knowledge. Experiential truth will set you free from bondage and deception and set you free to live your life at your highest potential of destiny and purpose.
CrossPoint has been used locally and abroad to help people live in freedom! If a person find themselves in any kind of bondage or heaviness, we recommend they attend the Selah Retreat to be saturated in the presence of God and have their mind renewed by the word of God. The Bible says, “You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.” Truth is proclaimed and revealed through reading the manual that is provided as well as the teaching sessions throughout the weekend. After the retreat, if a person is still experiences negative emotions, they can set up a time to discuss private counseling.
In closing, the presence of God at a Selah Retreat is very real. He shows up in miraculous ways and touches every single person who attends. Some people hear his voice for the first time. This retreat offers you a fresh start as hope is restored and the power of the Holy Spirit is demonstrated.
